Words of Grace

Here I will share some of my writings on Grace and those of others as well.

Quotes on Grace

Gracefulness has been defined to be the outward expression of the inward harmony of the soul.

William Hazlitt

Grace isn’t a little prayer you chant before receiving a meal.  It’s a way to live.

Jackie Windspear

Grace must find expression in life, otherwise it is not grace.

Karl Barth

Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.

Denis Waitley

I am only one, but I am one. I can’t do everything, but I can do something. The something I ought to do, I can do. And by the grace of God, I will.

Edward Everett Hale

You Walk with Grace

By Lynda Allen

You walk with grace.

Underfoot grows love,

Where your feet have tread, love blooms in wintry hearts.

You walk with grace.

Before you shines the light of hope,

Brightening each heart in your path.

You walk with grace.

Behind you is a wake of joy,

Sending ripples to the shores of sadness.

You walk with grace.

Above you peace rises like shimmering heat,

It floats over the land and blankets it in calm.

You walk with grace.

In your hand is my hand.

In your heart I am.

You walk with me.

You walk with grace.
